6 Pack House Floor Jacks for Lifting & Leveling, Heavy Duty Screw Jacks with Swiveling Top Plate
Shipping Method: FedEX
Heavy-Duty Steel Build – Made of Q235 carbon structural steel, supporting up to 10,582 lbs at 11.2 in height. Thick swiveling top plate and stable base plates spread pressure evenly. M22 locking screws add secure support for floor beams, joists, and foundation repairs.
Easier Height Adjustment – Swiveling top plate allows 11"-16" height adjustment—no heavy lifting required. Saves significant time on crawl-space leveling work. Simple 4-step setup: place, insert lever, turn to height, tighten nut.
Anti-Lock & Rust-Resistant – M22 galvanized plunger plus lock nuts prevent loosening and shifting under load. Painted anti-corrosion surface stands up to humid crawl space environments for long-lasting service life.
Stable One-Piece Welded Base – Firmly welded base-to-pipe construction removes extra assembly steps. One-piece design delivers wobble-free stability and enables fast, hassle-free installation.
6-Pack Value & Versatile Uses – Value set of 6 adjustable house floor jacks, saving roughly $5 per unit. Suitable for crawl-space beams, sagging-floor repair, basement leveling, foundation work, deck and porch, and temporary roof-truss support.
