Step 1: Pre-assemble the Connector Pins

First, insert the A-type (M6*40mm) cam pins into the pre-drilled holes on the central shelf and vertical partitions. Professional tip: Tighten the pins until the threads are fully seated; the pin sleeve should be “seamless” with the board surface to ensure secure locking during subsequent steps.

Step 2: Build the Internal Matrix

Use the pre-assembled pins to connect the two vertical partitions (part 7) to the middle shelf (part 2). How to do it: Place the cam lock into the large round hole, ensuring the arrow is pointing toward the pin that will be inserted. Rotate the lock clockwise to secure it. Then, slide part 11 into the space between the partitions.

Step 3: Install the Lower Base

Use B-type (ST7*40mm) screws to fix the bottom long board (part 3) to the newly assembled internal frame. Safety first: Please assemble on a soft surface (such as a carpet) to avoid scratching the carpet texture during the flipping process.

Step 4: Align the Back Panels

Carefully slide the two part 11 back panels into the narrow grooves on the frame. Do not apply excessive force; if the sliding is not smooth, check if the frame is perfectly vertical. These back panels provide lateral "shear strength" to prevent the device from tilting.

Step 5: Add the Structural "Wings" and Top Cover

 Insert the A-type (M6*40mm) cam pins into the pre-drilled holes on parts 9 and 10 (four A-type pins for each part). After securing them, place the 63-inch long top board (part 1) onto the entire structure. The “One-Eighth Principle”: Before fully tightening the screws, slightly loosen them, align the top board perfectly, and then tighten all screws for a flawless finish.

Step 6: Install the Side Panels

Use A-type (M6*40mm) screws to attach the left and right side panels (parts 9 and 10) to the pre-assembled middle shelf and bottom board (parts 2 and 3). Ensure the cam locks are positioned correctly so that the pins can be inserted, ensuring a flush, seamless connection.

Step 7: Install Vertical Partitions

Install the two internal vertical partitions (part 8) onto the middle shelf (part 2). Secure them using A-type (M6*40mm) screws to form a unique staggered six-compartment layout.

Step 8: Secure the Upper Section

At this stage, you need to connect the vertical partitions (part 8) to the large side panels (parts 9 and 10) to complete the grid structure of the upper section. Use 13 A-type (M6*40mm) cam pins to lock the upper vertical partitions into place. Once the vertical partitions are installed, the framework of the six-compartment storage matrix is fully constructed.

Step 9: Final Side Panel Alignment

Use the additional five A-type (M6*40mm) connectors to attach the lower supports (part 5) to the side panels (parts 4 and 6). Then, use 10 A-type screws to connect the pre-assembled side columns (parts 4, 6, and 5) to the main body.
