Please read these terms and conditions before placing an order. Tribesigns withholds the rights to change these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

  • The Tribesigns Dropshipping service only deals with customers that have an account registered under Tribesigns Dropship Program“Tribesigns Dropshipping service(s)” refers to the use of the platform at aforementioned website. Any account opened for purchasing items for personal use will be cancelled immediately.
  • When registering for a Tribesigns Dropshipping account, please provide all required information within the application form . An account will not be approved unless all information is filled in. Tribesigns reserves the right to cancel any account that was approved in error. For any misuse of accounts, Tribesigns is entitled at any time for reasons of its own to suspend the use of an account.
  • In this document, “drop shipper” refers to customers who have registered and have an approved Dropshipping account with TribesignsDropshipping services. “Customers” refers to the end-customer of the drop shipper. Once an application has been lodged and the drop shipper has provided the relevant information needed, Tribesigns will decide whether or not to approve an account within 48 hours.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Agents MUST remain as an agent at least 3 months after registration.
  2. We have the right to amend the price either to make reductions or price increases without approval of any agents.
  3. As separate business entities, agents are not allowed to represent or name themselves in any way as Tribesigns and our brand.
  4. Agents who failed to follow the terms and condition can be terminated without notice

 

    PRICE & COMMISSION AGENT
    1. Selling price for each product depends on the agent. Agents can either follow our selling price or set their own selling price. However, agents are NOT ALLOWED to sell BELOW OUR MINIMUM SELLING PRICE SET
    2. Each month we will reward agents with highest sales points. The higher the points, the more commission will be rewarded
    3. Rewards are solely based on discretion of us (Tribesigns). We have the rights to cancel or terminate or discontinue the agent reward program

     

      MARKETING & PROMOTION
      1. Agents are allowed to use all pictures or videos from our website, facebook or instagram page for promotional purposes.
      2. Marketing & promotion can be done through online (Facebook, Instagram, snjgift.com, etc).
      3. Agents can request any feedback or actual pictures or videos from us for promotional purposes.
      4. Any feedback pictures or videos originated or shared from Tribesignscan be shared to the public.

       

        CONFIRMATION OF STOCK, PLACING ORDER & BOOKING
        1. All products on our website are in stock, the products will not appear when it is out of stock. Even if it does appear, you will not be able to add to cart.

          DELIVERY, WARRANTY, EXCHANGE & REFUND
          1. Our items generally leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified in the product details. In-stock items are typically delivered within 5-7 days.
          2. All items sold are not exchangeable unless there is damage. Before shipping, we will make sure the items are in good condition
          3. If goods are found wrong or to have a major fault as a result of manufacturing defect, faulty or missing parts, you must contact us as soon as possible within 3 days upon receive of item at sales@tribesigns.com(Office hour)
          4. Please whatsapp detailed pictures or videos as evidence for the complaint for our review and investigation to sales@tribesigns.com. We will then work out the best way to rectify this with zero or minimal cost to our customers

          Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site, in other words “Contents of the Site” are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Tribesigns

          COMMENTS AND FEEDBACKS

          User shall agree that there will be no comment(s) submitted to the tribesigns.com will violate any rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy of other personal or proprietary right(s). Furthermore, the user shall agree there will not be content of unlawful, abusive, or obscene material(s) submitted to the site. User will be the only one responsible for any comment's content made.

          PRODUCT INFORMATION
          We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.


          INDEMNIFICATION
          The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold Tribesigns harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

          Any access link to third party sites is at your own risk. tribesigns.com will not be related or involve to any such website if the user's content/product(s) got damaged or loss have any connection with third party site.

          INACCURACY INFORMATION
          From time to time, there may be information on tribesigns.com that contains typographical error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability and article contents. We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers. If you are not satisfy with your purchased product(s), please return it back to us with the invoice. Please check out “Return and Refund Policy”.

          TERMINATION
          This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or tribesigns.com. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, tribesigns.com may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.

          1. Is there any minimum purchase?
            We do not make mandatory requirements for quantity.
          2. Can i mark up the selling price?
            Go ahead by all means.
          3. How do i know if the products are in stock?
            All productst on our website are in stock, the products will not appear when it is out of stock. Even if it does appear, you will not be able to add to cart.
          4. Do you offer free shipping?
            Yes, minimum order applies.
          5. Which courier do you use for shipment? 
            UPS/USPS/Fedex, etc.
          6. Do you provide tracking number?
            Yes, all shipments come with tracking numbers. 
          7. When can i start selling?
            Sign up as a NORMAL member (NOTaffiliate) using your email address on our website, fill in the registration form below, we will reply to you within 3 working days, and by then you should be able to start selling.
          8. Can i use your product photos for selling?
            Please do that, the more photos you post, the better your chances are.
          9. How much discount do i get?
            All new agents starts with 'Reseller Silver pricing', which is 10% discount from our retail price and you shall see the special price which is 10% less our retail price.
          10. Can i buy your products for my own use?
            Strictly NO, we are offerring the discount for drop ship purpose ONLY. You must ship to your customer address, If we find that you are using the account to ship to yourself, we will terminate your account immediately.
          11. Can you post your product in my Facebook before i join the program?
            Yes, by all means go ahead!
          12. How do I make payment?
            You can always make a payment on our Check out page, just like a normal customer!
